My name is Pennie I am a level 4 Sports massage therapist who is currently working towards a level 5 qualification. As a previous junior athlete I understand too well how important it is to look after your body. I believe the benefits of soft tissue therapy help not only to alleviate pain & discomfort but is also key as preventative measure.
I am regulated and insured by the SMA ( Sports massage association)
All of my treatments are hands on and individualised to each patient. I will use various techniques from my years of experience to help you feel and move better and to ensure the best results possible.
SPECIALTIES

I specialise in advanced soft tissue massage techniques, postural assessments, gait analysis, sports injuries, post op rehabilitation, dry needling, cupping therapy and sports taping. All initial appointments begin with a full consultation, a subjective/objective assessment to identify any imbalances or abnormal functional/structural issues.

Each treatment is personalised to each patient to meet your individual needs. I will always be open and honest and if I feel that your needs are beyond my remit I will always refer you on to the correct healthcare professional.
EXPERIENCE
I have over 16 years experience working within leading health clubs, private hospitals/Physiotherapy clinics and International football Associations.Working previously within Virgin Active, Nuffield Health and Cook Islands National Football Teams I have gained invaluable experience with athletes and the general public alike dealing with anything from shoulder injuries, sciatic pain and ACL rehabilitation patients to name a few. For the last 10 years I have also worked closely with a current British Champion Disability Gymnast.
